The Dana Foundation is a private philanthorpic organization with interests in brain science. It has over 200 prominent scientists and researchers as contibuting members. The site contains scholar-based information and is designed to deseminate scientific information to the public. It contains many links, including one called, "Brainy Kids Online," which contains links to sites for students, as well as free lesson plans for teachers. Another connection describes instructions for educators on how to organize a Brain Awareness Week, complete with free downloads.

Morphonix includes a preview of an educational game for children, Neuromatrix, as well as free games that teach brain parts and functions. If you go to "The Brainarium," and then go to "Specimens," the parts of the brain and their functions are explained. To access the free games, click on "Games," and then click on the list to the right.
